What CleanForge notes down — and what it doesn't

CLEANFORGE LTD respects your privacy. This Policy explains how information is handled when you use the CleanForge app, designed to help you browse and request cleaning services in Pakistan. By using the app, you acknowledge these practices.

Depending on the feature you use, you may voluntarily enter:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• A manually entered service address
• City or service area
• Selected cleaning service, date, time, and booking duration
• Additional cleaning instructions
• Support questions or messages

This information is entered directly by you through booking, address, or support features. The current local version doesn't require account registration.

CleanForge is built to operate without sensitive device permissions. The current version doesn't request access to:

You enter your service address manually — the app doesn't use GPS or background location tracking.

Information you enter may be used to:

• Prepare a cleaning-service request
• Display booking information and calculate an estimated total
• Save selected booking preferences locally
• Display booking history on your device
• Help you manage, reschedule, or cancel eligible requests
• Respond to support enquiries
• Improve the app's clarity and usability

CleanForge doesn't use information for purposes unrelated to the cleaning-service experience described in the app.

Booking preferences, saved services, and related app information may be stored locally on your device. This isn't automatically uploaded to an external server unless a future version introduces online booking, with this Policy updated first.

CleanForge currently supports Cash on Delivery only. It does not collect or process:

Any applicable payment is handled at the time of service delivery, per the displayed booking terms.

CleanForge doesn't sell or rent your personal information, and doesn't share it with advertising networks, data brokers, unrelated marketing companies, social-media ad platforms, or financial-service providers.

Information may be disclosed only to:

• Comply with applicable law or a valid legal request
• Protect users, CleanForge, or the public
• Investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or security incidents
• Provide a service you specifically requested

Where request details must reach assigned cleaning personnel, only what's reasonably necessary to perform the service is used.

The current version contains no third-party advertising, and doesn't intentionally use advertising identifiers to profile users or deliver personalised ads. The app should not be declared as using analytics unless an analytics or crash-reporting SDK is actually added before publication.

The current version uses bundled app images so core visuals display without requesting access to your photos or storage. The app doesn't upload personal photos or media from your device. If a future version adds external websites or third-party services, those may operate under their own privacy policies, and this Policy will be updated when material practices change.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures protect information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper alteration, misuse, and unauthorised disclosure. That said, no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure — avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in booking notes or support messages.

Locally saved data remains on your device until deleted through an in-app option, removed by clearing app storage, or removed when the app is uninstalled. Information sent to CleanForge by email is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, resolve disputes, keep business records, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or securely disposed of.

Request deletion of personal information previously sent directly to CleanForge by contacting the email below, with enough detail to identify the enquiry or booking record.

CleanForge is a general cleaning-service app, not specifically directed toward children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information may contact us to request its review and removal.

You can choose whether to enter information into booking forms, save a service as a favourite, submit a service request, send a support enquiry, or continue using or uninstall the app. Because CleanForge doesn't request sensitive runtime permissions, you don't need to grant camera, microphone, location, storage, or contact access to use its core features.

This Policy may be updated when app functionality, data-handling practices, or legal or Google Play requirements change. The revised policy will display an updated effective date, and material changes will also appear in the app and its Google Play Data safety declaration before an updated version releases.
